1. How do I become a Pro-Select Design Dealer?
Pro-Select Design products are currently being sold through a network of established kitchen and bath dealers. If you are interested in becoming a dealer, please visit our become a dealer page. Please fill out all the information and a Pro-Select Design Sales Representative will contact you.
2. Once I place my order, when can I expect to receive my cabinets?
Pro-Select Design Products are in stock. In most cases, you can expect your order to take roughly two to three days (Depending on geographic location and timing of your order). You can track your order online 24/7 and view its status or shipment.
3. Can I purchase Pro-Select Design products online or directly from the factory?
Pro-Select Design products can be order in person or via phone from our distribution center.
4. Can I order a Pro-Select Design price list?
Yes, once you have setup the account with us. We will either send it via email or fax. Please note the prices subject to change without notification. It is customer’s responsibility to request the most current price list.
5. Where can I get replacement parts, touch-up materials or polish/cleaner for my Pro-Select Design products?
We offer touch-up material for cabinets in fill sticks and markers. For granites, we offer sealers, cleaner, and color enhancers in spray canes and quarts. Please contact your sales representative for further information.
6. What wood materials are available from Pro-Select Cabinetry?
Currently, we offer more than eleven door styles in oak, cherry and maple. However, not every style is available in every wood type. Please browse our gallery of door styles.
7. How do I clean and care for Pro-Select Design products?
Cleaning for your cabinets and granite countertops is a relatively easy process. For cleaning and maintenance tips, please visit our customer support section.
8. What is Pro-select Cabinetry’s limited One year warranty?
Our warranty guarantees your Pro-Select Cabinetry products to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal residential usage to the original purchaser for up to one year of the product. For a copy of the warranty and further details, please visit our warranty page.
